Alberta's 3rd largest health region, the David Thompson Health Region (DTHR) is one of 17 regions in Alberta. One Regional Health Authority (RHA) governs each region. The DTHR has 8 acute care facilities (hospitals), 13 community health centres and 14 continuing care centres. Health care programs and services are responsive to the needs of each community.
